Free Telephone and Remote Support
Our Helpdesk is open seven days a week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm and is there to help you with any issues that may arise, whether they are for workstations servers or any other part of the network. Outside of core hours we maintain an on call engineer presence to ensure your issue is dealt with promptly.
When you take up a maintenance contract with MLR, you will receive Free and Unlimited Telephone Support for all network problems. Of course, we can’t do everything remotely, but 95% of issues are handled in this way.
As a customer of MLR, all you need to do is ring our Telephone Helpdesk on 0870 750 2422 or use a web interface to log your service call or just send us an email and we will deal with it quickly and efficiently. |
