Despite best efforts there are always times when you get caught out having not planned for an emergency—and when an emergency hits your IT your business can suffer greatly. MLR Emergency Support offers emergency access to our Help Desk and engineering resource to any non-MLR clients who require urgent assistance. Working on a simple non-contracted payment basis, the service is available for a minimum of one hour (Remote Assistance only) or two hours (On-Site), with time there after charged at a simple hourly rate.
